At Ripple, he helped launch its first enterprise crypto product and scale the company from startup to over 1,000 employees. Asheesh holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan. He also guest lectures on entrepreneurship and blockchain.
Derar is a financial executive with over 15 years of experience bridging traditional Wall Street finance and digital asset leadership. He most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of Antalpha (Nasdaq: ANTA), concurrently serving as Chief Executive Officer of its Americas and EMEA divisions, where he led regional strategy and global operations for digital asset financing before transitioning to an advisory role in April 2026. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer and later Interim Chief Executive Officer of Genesis Global Trading, where he led the firm through restructuring and strengthened corporate governance during a period of significant industry dislocation. Earlier in his career, he served as Head of Risk at Hard Yaka and as a Senior Trader at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, specializing in funding and credit markets. Derar holds a Ph.D. in Financial Mathematics from Florida State University and is a Fulbright Scholar.
Stuart is Chief Legal Officer of Ripple, where he oversees the company's global legal, compliance, and regulatory functions, and serves as President of the National Cryptocurrency Association. He brings more than 40 years of legal and regulatory experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Ripple, he served as General Counsel and a member of the executive leadership teams at CIT Group Inc. and HSBC North America Holdings Inc. Earlier in his career, he was Managing Counsel at American Express Company and a partner at the international law firm LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae LLP, where he specialized in complex litigation. Stuart holds a Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School.
Ted is Principal at J Capital, where he invests in private and public companies, focusing on financial and consumer technology companies, as well as private equity and venture capital funds. He brings more than 30 years of experience in investing and financial services and is a CFA charterholder. From 1997 to 2009, he served as Partner and Director of Research at Palo Alto Investors. Earlier in his career, he served as Vice President at Bank of America Investment Services, where he focused on finance and product management.
Robert is Chief Financial Officer of OpenAI Foundation and brings more than 35 years of leadership in finance and accounting. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Inspirato and as Chief Accounting Officer of Twitter from 2015 to 2022. Earlier in his career, he was an Audit Partner at Deloitte & Touche LLP. Robert currently serves on the Board of Directors of Away. He holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
